This is my first blog... well, okay, I did start one once before but it only had one post and I got bored with it. Let's hope that doesn't happen here!
Today in my high school Creative Writing class, my teacher said we were going to work on our children's stories. But she didn't just have us sit in a quiet little classroom to do that. No, she gave us the world. Well, at least all the school's property.
I am writing this blog post from the classroom which is quite empty now. Everyone has rushed off to the library, the halls, the conference rooms, and the tables outside. More teachers should allow this kind of freedom for their students. A change of surrounding helps creativity flow. Fresh air gives new life to tired teens. Laying down is good for circulation. So many benefits.
